Il sentiero nella maggior parte \u00e8 lastricato. Il viandante incontra la cappella di Aghios Sostis attraversando una zona dove predomina il paesaggio tipico contadino con una bella vista panoramica. Poi, incontra un posto alberato con tanta ombra e arriva alla baia di Aghios Gheorghios (raggiungibile anche in macchina direttamente da Ano Meri\u00e0). Il sentiero Ano Meri\u00e0 &#8211; Aghios Gheorghios serve ancora oggi i contadini e gli allevatori della zona. Dalla baia di Aghios Gheorghios fino al promontorio di Castellos, il sentiero si trasforma in una strada contadina. Al Castello si riscontrano i resti di un paesino dell\u2019 epoca dell\u2019Antico Cicladico. Da quel punto il percorso si gira a sud ovest e incontra la piccola pittoresca spiaggia di Ligari\u00e0. All\u2019ultima parte, il percorso sale verso la collina di Carcana attraverso una stretta strada sterrata dove si trova la cappelletta di Zoodohos Pigh\u00ec ( di Hrissopigh\u00ec ).  Da quel punto, da cui il panorama verso l\u2019ovest, al mare e al promontorio Chiparissi, \u00e8 ampio, il ciclo escursionistico si pu\u00f2 terminare ritornando attraverso  Merovigli al paesino di
